InspiVator is a combination of the words “Inspiration” and Motivator“, two keywords that are part of Ruiz Kartoredjo’s life. He is the one that manages this platform.

Ruiz is a dynamic go-getter, helpful and eager to learn. He loves to network, bonding people, inspire & motivate them. Driven by his own written life motto: “Art is not what you do, but what you leave behind,” he draws his strength and energy from this to create positive impact.

Ruiz is a versatile young professional and is in the entrepreneurial field for more than 6 years already. He has a background in Journalism and Communication, and is currently studying for a master’s degree in Communication Sciences at Diponegoro University (Indonesia).

Being very socially engaged within the community for more than 15 years, Ruiz supports organizations and initiates his own sustainable projects. He is a member of several national and international organizations such as the Junior Chamber International (JCI) and the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI). He is also involved in networks such as the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), Youth Opportunities and Global Schools Program, and being a strong advocate (trainer and coach) for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Ruiz his expertise lies mainly in written content, public speaking and presentation techniques, which he has already demonstrated at local, regional and international events and competitions. He has been the coach of several Speaking JCI Champions for the past years. He was part of a few big business corporations in middle and senior management, in the field of project management, marketing, sales and communication departments. He has also managed to fill roles as moderator of dipomatic meetings and discussions.

Ruiz loves food, is funny, likes to network and is very energetic, very ambitious and tries to challenge himself and others for improvement, growth and success.
